The converted booths recorded messages from the public about local issues on a video-phone
and relayed these to the public screens above. When you picked up the handset you heard my voice
giving you instructions. As time was short during preperation/design, I had to do an immitation of an
answer machine tone, and it was this message that was broadcast on the Channel Four News
[twice no less!]. Serendipity, I userped Jeremy Paxman :-)
